<div>IBSA has developed a Transition Guide to support in the move from TAA40104 to TAE40110 the aim of this guide is to support the implementation of the reviewed Certificate IV. It details the changes and makes the links with the superseded units. The Transition Guide needs to be read in conjunction with guidance, regulation and recent support materials developed under the auspices of the National Quality Council (NQC) and the recently constituted National Skills Standards Council. The Transition Guide outlines the key changes in the reviewed qualification and provides a brief summary of the qualification that can be used in conjunction with the more detailed User Guide. It focuses on the key ingredients of developing a framework for delivery and assessment of the qualification.                         </div>

<div>Version 2.0 of FNS10 Financial Services Training Package now available on TGA. IBSA is pleased to finally announce that v2.0 of the Financial Services Training Package is now available on training.gov.au (TGA), and can be accessed from here. This version addresses a number of key issues identified during the final endorsement process and early implementation phase of version 1.0 of the Training Package. In particular, the replacement of generic units where implementation indicated that they were unsatisfactory, and the adjustment to the structure of some qualifications. In addition, generic Financial Services qualifications at Certificate IV and Diploma level have been reinstated, to reflect the needs of diverse parties for non-specialised qualifications offerings. A summary of the changes made to FNS10 in version 2.0 can be found on the IBSA website. Full details can be viewed in the modification history table and mapping guide in the training package published on TGA.
